About Us
Founded in 2023, The Corporate Entity reflects the vision of a seasoned corporate paralegal with over thirty years of experience in the legal field and a desire to build something beyond the traditional workday. Our founder holds a Legal Secretarial Specialist diploma from Executive Secretarial School and an Associate of Applied Science in Paralegal Studies from Dallas College, earned after more than three decades supporting major law firms in the corporate practice. She is also an active member of the Paralegal Division of the State Bar of Texas. She created The Corporate Entity to deliver high‑quality corporate paralegal services to law firms and business organizations of all sizes who need reliable, experienced support without the cost of in‑house staffing.
