About the Founder
The Corporate Entity, LLC was founded in 2023 by an experienced corporate paralegal with more than two decades of corporate legal experience and a vision to embark upon something greater than the nine to five. Our founder received a diploma as a Legal Secretarial Specialist from Executive Secretarial School in 1993 and an Associates of Applied Science degree in Paralegal from Dallas College in May of 2022 after working as a legal assistant for large law firms for more than 30 years. She is also a member of the American Bar Association and the Dallas Area Paralegal Association. She established The Corporate Entity, LLC to provide a myriad of corporate paralegal services directly to attorneys of small law firms and solo practitioners who are unable to staff paralegals on their team.
